I'm proud to say I managed a strong urge today and instead did the following, which I want to recommend to all: 1. Home workout just do basic pressups, situps, tricep dips, skipping, starjumps whatever but to absolute failure and make sure u break a sweat at least. Tm it feels good and does work. 2. Remember and reconnect with your Lord, regardless of religion, pray, think about life and just sit in peace, have music, religious background to help. 3. Remove any type of electronic or temptation, phones and devices are key for relapses, just hide it, block for 1 hour (we'll survive) give it to someone, or use this app on its highest settings and most of the temptation is gone. We've got this guys, remember that we are stronger than our desires/ego, and we control them not the other way. Who's with me!
